Radiator Hose Ideas
A Great Upper Radiator Hose    

Garland Pack had his local muffler shop fashion this upper radiator hose out of a piece of aluminized exhaust pipe. It polished up nicely and should last forever and the cost was minimal.

  
     
More on Radiator Hoses:   If you've got an original type V-8 with the oil filler in the intake manifold and a thermostat housing that points straight forward, you probably have trouble finding a mold upper radiator hose. Here are a couple solutions.

The original set up looks like this photo of Doug's truck (sixty5short on chevytalk.com).

As you can see, it has a formed pipe with connecting hoses with clamps on each end, very similar to Garland's set shown above.
